Windows firewall now will not start

Since installing Antispyware the windows firewall service
will not startup now. I just installed the program and
ran the scan and removed all that it found.
Now when windows starts, firewall doesn't. I try and
start it and just says that the service could not be
started.

Any Ideas anyone

Have the same situation on a XP workstation with sp2.
