Windows Firewall and Nvidia Hardware Firewall

I have a m/b using the Nvidia chipset with a hardware firewall . I'm
running XP Pro w/SP2 with the Windows Firewall "On". Both firewalls
have been running together, without problem, for several months.

I know the old saying "If it ain't broke, etc.", but am I possibly looking for
problems down the road by running with both firewalls enabled ??
TIA

I can't say how good the Nvidia firewall is, but the Windows one is not really
adequate, especially due to the fact it doesn't scan outgoing packets.

No. Although running two software firewalls at once can lead to conflicts
between them, there's no problem running both a hardware and software
firewall, since neither has any intersection with the other.
