Can't access Windows XP Firewall

After a system failure and repair, I can't now access my wireless router
though it is showing as connected.

On trying to access Windows Firewall I get the following message:

Windows cannot start the Firewall/ICS Service.

Running XP Home SP2

Have run that. Still get:

Windows cannot start the Firewall/ICS service.

I get

C:\>net start sharedaccess
The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service is starting.
The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service could not be
started.
A system error has occurred.
System error 201 has occurred.
The specified driver is invalid.
