Windows Explorer

Two quick ones.
1. By mistake, I did Start/All Programs/Accesories/System Tools and _moved_
Windows Explorer to the Desktop ISO copying it.
How can I get it back into the System Tools menu?

2. When I right click Start and then click Explore it always goes directly
to Documents & Settings.
Is there any way to change this ?

TIA
Gil

Gil;

1) Cop & Paste Windows Explorer shortcut to>>

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\My Documents\WPV\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
Or
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System
Tools

2) No. That's Explore All Users.
