windows explorer

DOUG

I cannot open program folder while in explorer.I get access denied notice.I
am logged on as admin.I cannot install any programs because they are not
allowed access.
 
do you have access via
safe mode?

if so, then it might be
over zealous antiviral
protection that is not
giving you access.
