Windows Explorer

Windows explorer does not show the Menu, Tool or button bars. Can anyone help
me get them back please
 
Thanks justjim but this did not help as without the menu, tool and button
bars you cant get to properties.
 
Thanks everyone but now fixed by:
Press F11 displays explorer in full screen view. now shows button and tool
bars on same line. It is now poosible to right click grey area to get to and
change properties to restore any bars
