Generally this is caused by IE add-ons which affects Windows Explorer
or possibly malicious files.

I would disable all IE Add-Ons and see if this error is still being
displayed. If not, then re-enable one add-on and retry. Continue until
the Add-ons is found. Contact Software Manufacturer for the Add-Ons for
assistance or simply un-install the Add-on.
