Dr.Watson Postmortem Debugger

whenever I open the computer, it says Windows explorer has encountered
a problem and needs to close. Then it comes up a warning saying
Dr.Watson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to
close. After I cant open anything on my computer and cant run any
program. I try to solve this problem by scanning ad-ware and virus but
it doesnt work at all.
The computer is freezing at all times and I cant fix it.
Please please give advices to fix and help my problem.

To delete the dump files created by Dr Watson on earlier occasions, you
will have to delete them manually with this procedure: Open Windows
explorer, Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson and delete files named User.dmp and Drwtsn32log.

4.Download and execute HiJack This! (HJT)
