Using XXP Home Edition, my primary user account
experiences a fatal Explorer error when trying to access
the internet. It receives this message:
"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Next screen says: "explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1221,
ModName:wininet.dll ModVer:6.0.2800.1221,Offset:0001dc15"

Try logging in with another account if it doesn`t happen re-create your
primary user account.
