Is there a way to set Windows Explorer to show only the C: drive?

The free Microsoft TweakUI will do this, and many other useful things, for
you.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp (if you have
SP1 or SP2 installed) or
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
(if you don't have SP1 or SP2).

In TweakUI go to My Computer | Drives.

I went to My Computer/Drives, in Tweak UI, but that doesn't affect what
Windows Explorer shows. The latter still shows all the drives, including C:,
place many folders, like My Docs, My Pictures. I want to see only C:
