Windows Explorer

When I open Explorer and click on a folder in the left window, it displays
the contents of that folder in the right window. If I double click a folder
in the right window, it opens to the windows explorer SEARCH screen instead
of the EXPLORE screen. How do I reset this so I can double click the folder
in the right window and have it display the folder contents? If I right
click the folder in the right window, it shows the word SEARCH at the top of
the menu list in bold. My other system shows the word EXPLORE at the top and
in bold. How do I get EXPLORE to be the default?
