Modified Folder menu

Right clicking a folder in the right pane of Windows explorer generally
brings up a menu with Explore (in bold), Open, Search, etc. On one of my
computers, this menu is Search (bold), Open, Explore, etc. Left clicking a
folder sould open a new window with the folder contents, mine opens a search
window instead.

I cannot find how this was altered or worse, how o change it back.

Any suggestions.
