windows explorer

is there anyway of getting rid of windows explorer,
without getting rid of the c drive. or maybe if i could
just hide the all users folder, i am trying to prevent
access to the games i got rid of the in everyway, through
start accessories ghames that is gone right clicking the
sdtart menu and goin to win explorer that is gone but,
people can still click on my computer and go into the c
drive then access the all users folder where the games
are and the can get in by goin into accessories then
windows explorer does anyone know how to stop this. all
answers are appreciated. thanx

Just a thought, it might be better to look at this from
the file system aspect. You could modify the NTFS
permissions to prevent a user from being able to use any
of the games.
