When I open Windows Explorer, to view my folders and
files, and then click on My Computer the system comes back
with a fatel error that reads "Unable to create an
instance of required object: ServerAdmin". Can someone
tell me what's going on here and how I can rectify the
problem?

Do you have Home Site or Cold Fusion installed?
If so, rename/delete a little file called Cfshellftprds.dll
Or uninstall/reinstall the app
