windows explorer

I get the message that explore has generated an error &
will be closed by windows. an error log is being created.

Where is this error log that is created? got any idea?
When explorer does open it doesn't have anything to click
on to open program,windows, or system 32 files. HELP!!

I believe the log is created as drwtsn32.log. It can be
found in C:\Doc & Settings\All Users\Documents\Dr. Watson.
