Windows Explorer error message

When attempting to scroll down the list of folders, I
receive the following message."explorer.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to
restart the program" "An error log is beibg created"

The only info I can find indicates to uninstall Internet
explorer 6.0 and install an older version. Doesn't seem
to make sense.

Help please, Keith

Keith-I'm having very similar difficulties, please post if you find a
solution. With me it seems to happen only when I access right click
options, likc search, rename etc., but not every time.
