Windows Explorer View Problem

Hi Guys

I am facing one problem with Windows Explorer Tools Bar View

Whenever i opened windows Expolrer it dosent' show normal view i am not
able to see the Standard Button tool Bar, Address Bar Tolls Bar and Menu
Button Tool Bar

i tried from folder opention and Restore Default all Setting but it dosent'
work

Can you please help us?
