Since installing IE7 I am having a problem with Windows Explorer. When doing
a local Search (Start/Search) As soon as the search screen opens I get a
message that Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and has to shut down.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this is occuring? I am running Windows
XP home edition Ver 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600 and it is current with
all the updates.

After reading about all the problems people are having with IE7, I restored
my system to a point prior to the installation of IE7. Installing IE7 will
have to wait until more of the bugs are worked out. It seems that the
release of IE7 may have premature on Microsoft's part. IE6 works fine and I
feel secure with it and my installed secutity software. The problem I was
having with Windows Explorer went away when IE7 was replaced with IE6.
