I just got Windows XP Pro. On my old 98SE machine, I had it set up so that
when I opened Windows Explorer via the quick launch tray, it would open to
the C:\Mark folder (an expanded view of the folder with the minus symbol
next to it). I can't seem to figure out how to do this in XP. Now when I
use the quick launch, it opens to My Documents and I have to manually
navigate to the C:\Mark folder. How can I set up this in XP? Thanks.

Try this as your target line:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e

Change the shortcut for Explorer to

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,C:\Mark

You can specify any folder after the e, in the shortcut.
Just fill in the appropriate path to the folder.
