Quick Launch For All users

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me the easiest way of setting up the same quick launch
for all users on a computer? I have added all the icons I need to my quick
launch by adding them to C:\Documents and Settings\cgrvy\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Does anyone know if this has been improved in SP3?

Place the customized QL folder in the same path of "All Users". This
will only work for newly created profiles. Otherwise you'll have to
manually overwrite any existing QL folders in each user's profile tree.

That wont work because there is no Internet Explorer\Quick Launch folder

Sorry, I meant "Default User", not "All Users".
