Can anyone tell me how I can set windows explorer (Win XP) to always show files in list view.
At work, mine always reverts to showing tiles. TIA.

Try View->List, Tools->Folder Options->Views->Like Current Folder.

Try View->List, Tools->Folder Options->Views->Like Current Folder.

If all else fails, tweak up the remembered folders. Default is 400, try 800.
