Everytime I start up my main account I get the message 'Windows Explorer not
working' (note: this is literally translated from dutch). Windows Vista then
tries to gather information and solve the problem, but it doesn't help. The
error message keeps on returning and in the mean while my pc is blocked...

I haven't found any virusses on my computer and I have deleted all the
spyware, without any result.

Restoring to the last back-up point didn't result in any improvement aswell...

I have 2 other accounts on my laptop and they are working well. But when I
try to copy the data from my main account to one of the others, the system
does not respond.

Help me, please!

Dries, see if this page (in Dutch) helps you:

What's the fault bucket data for that Explorer crash according to the
Problem Reports and Solutions Center?
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#bucket
will help you look that up if you don't know how.

I'd suspect a bogus shell extension, but -- that data may be illuminative.
