Windows Explorer not showing Folder Properties after SP1& Criticals upgrade

Have just install SP1 to XP PRO - and all current
critical/recommended securtity patches as of 03Aug13.

NOW Windowes Explorer will NOT display folder propeties
at all - only the brief summary with the Folder Tips
facility.

This was ok prior to the instal/update .... so what needs
to be turned on/off to re-enable the Properties to
work/display correctly.

If you have Internet Information Services installed, remove and reinstall
IIS.
