Windows Explorer has no menu

Windows Explorer crashed on me recently. Not a big deal. I just restart
it. Never a problem until the other day. It came back up with no menu and
no toolbars. Does anyone know how to get them back?

Thanks,

Well, I was able to get the "menu bar" showing but it shows up in the middle
of the window, under the title bar, and I can't move it at all to put it in
a normal position (at the far left under the title bar). I can get the
Standard Buttons toolbar back, but can't move that either. So your
suggestion helped out, but it's still not back to "normal" behavior. Do you
have any other ideas?

Thanks for the reply.

Whoops (and DUH!!), I totally overlooked the "Lock the toolbars" entry,
which was turned on. Unchecking that solved the problem. Thanks.
