windows explorer error

when i tried to open my computer or anything that's
related with windows explorer there will be an error
message "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close" on the screen.So i can't view any files
in my computer using windows explorer.This is details to
send the report :

AppName: explorer.exe
Ver: 6.0.2600.0
ModName: shell32.dll
ModeVer: 6.0.2600.0
Offset: 000772e1

i've searched knowledge base but seems not related with
my problem.Any ideas?

You are needing to clean your system. Start with the top four programs
mentioned here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_c.htm#cleanup

In the meantime, try this run command: Go to Start/Run and type in:
regsvr32 /i shell32
