windows explorer error

Hey, whenever I try to open up Windows Explorer, it just
sits there until it says not responding. I can't even
look at the files on my own computer. Please help!!!
 
G'Day Captain,

Can you run it in 'Safe Mode'?
Can you run Regedit?
Can you run Task Manager?
