Windows Explorer Error Message

I have posted this problem before and had little response. I would like to
try again.
After rebooting when I attempt to open any windows program, for instance
Windows Media Player, my documents, the Cd rom or DVD player or anything. I
am able to do it without a problem. The next time I try I get an error
window. I will give details at the end. When I click OK to this the desktop
refreshes and I can then open the program. The next time I try I again get
the error message. Clicking OK refreshes the desktop and I can open the
program. This keeps repeating.

The error message I get is similar to this:
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. Data that this report contains: Error signature
App Name exploreer.exe
ModView 5.1.2600.2180
AppVer 6.0.2900.2180
offSet 00018fea
ModName ntdll.dll
Thanks for answering. Someone suggested I run ShellExview. I did and
nothing changed.

If this is a copy and paste this program is your problem,
and malware from what I can tell,

Go here http://hijackthis.de/en download and run Hijackthis and paste
it at that site and see what it says,

if you just mistype'd it never mind...

No, I am not copying and pasting. I get the same result if i open from the
desktop or from My Computer. As a matter of fact if I try to open My
Computer I can do it the first time, but get the error message the second
time.
Thanks for the response.
