windows explorer directory size

Running Windows 2000 Pro, when I mouse right click on the direcotry or file, the size is not revealed. What is wrong and what is fix.
 
Are you pulling up the properties? What is displayed in place of the size?

I think what is wrong is you are not completeing what is necessary. After you right-click on the folder\file choose Properties. On the General tab in the middle you will see size.
