Alright,

When i log into my account on my computer, Windows Explorer Data Execution
Prevention, that pops up, and explorer.exe closes (Start Bad and Desktop).
I try going into task manager and starting up explorer.exe but same error
pops up. About a week ago when it was some what working, it said
EXPLORER.EXE, FILE IS CORRUPT, Run DHNSK ULTILTY, or along those lines. Any
ways, i have tries system restore, and nothing happneds, im guessing its a
virus, so i want to reinstall windows, but i never got a windows cd for Dell
Inc. Some if Microsoft can help me anyway i would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Rob

I don't think buying a new cd will be very expensive, and unfortunately you
will not fix the problem you have any other way. The Dell site has on you can
order.
Once you have the setup cd, you will be able to enter the Recovery Console
prompt and run the command:
CHKDSK /R

After that, you will probably need to do a Repair setup of XP.
