How do I get Windows Explorer to open automatically to the
My Computer part? I ALWAYS go there FIRST. So why can't
it just open up there?

Create/modify a shortcut so that the "Target:" points to

%SystemRoot%\explorer /e,::{20d04fe0-3aea-1069-a2d8-08002b30309d}
