but when I setup my mail I forgot to turn of the auto add contact to address
book but after I did that I tried to delete some unwanted contacts but
windows explorer keeps crashing and giving me the following info:

I figured out a work around for this problem for me at least I ended up
clicking
start
all programs
accessories
command prompt

Opens a command prompt showing

c:\users\*your user name*>

type cd contacts ( then press enter )

type dir/w ( press enter )

find the contacts you want to remove

then type del *contact name*.contact ( Press Enter)
