Windows Explorer consumes all memory

For over a month I have had the same problem with Windows Explorer. I have
Norton NIS 2005, NAV 2005 and Microsoft anti-Spyware and have run spybot and
comcast spyware removal tools to no avail. Windows Explorer consumes all
available memory within aobut 15 minutes of starting the computer and the
system crashes.... ANY help? The system works fine if you shut down Windows
Explorer from the Tack Manager...

I would consider also installing (and executing) the following:

1) Ad-aware SE Personal Edition at

2) Spy Bouncer at

Alternatively, you could try a repair or reinstall of IE.

Michael. Michael Please note it is not Internet Explorer but rather Windows
Explorer that is the culprit.
