windows explorer closes every time I open My documents

I've tried running sveral different spywares when they are
scanningc/documents they shut down as well.I think it's a type of malware.the
error signature is app.name explorerexe modver 5.1.2600.2180 app ver
6.0.2900.2180 offset:00031c6b modname:ntdll.dll I'm stumped please help
 
Run Error Checking on the drive. Rightclick the drivce icon in explorer,
Properties, Tools tab.
 
I ran it through the scans and still the sameit appears to be something in
the my documents files thats where the spyware shuts down
