I'm not sure what you mean by "scents XP"....
You are running Vista, right?
Do you mean you have a "folder" that has 33.5 GB of files in it?
A 33.5 GB file is HUUUUUGE.
Is this folder on your internal hard drive, or on an external or network
drive?

I have a few folders containing videos that total more than 40 GB, and these
folders open instantly.
