Windows Explore, Default view

Is there a way for my default view to be "details" when I create a new
folder anywhere or move it from one place to another ?

yes simply click on the menu bar named tools and then
folder options
flick through the top tabs untill you see an option
to "make all folers like this curent folder "once you
have set a folder up as a template of hpow you want the
rest of them
