Windows email set-up

When trying to send email we are getting the error message Account POP3
Server msn Protocol SMTP Port-25 Secure (SSL) No Socket Error #0X800 CCOD

Your server name is not correct. Check with your mail provider
for the correct server name. Also, the error message is obviously
transcribed, which introduces typo errors. Right-click on the
error message, copy, then paste is into a reply here.

msn is not a valid server name for Windows Mail. I don't think Windows Mail
is able to connect to MSN anyway. You might find it easier if you try
connecting
through Windows Live Mail instead:

By chance I found emails in my outbox dated back to 8 Mar that should have
gone. Tried again but nothing doing. Checked servers and found I could not
reset outgoing. TalkTalk advised they had system problem and were working to
fix it in my area (S London). Suggested try again next 24 hrs. Could this
be your problem ?
