Windows Easy Transfer then lost my e-mails

Hi,
I did a Windows Easy transfer from my old Windows XP to my new Windows Vista
Home Premium.
All fine there then.
However, when I went into Outlook Office 2003 all my e-mails that I had
received directly onto my new PC were gone.
Am using Outlook 2003 on my new PC.
I have tried C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.pst but all that
is there is the transferred e-mails.
Anyone know if there is somewhere else that I could look to find the missing
e-mails or have i lost them for good?

WET copied over the settings and files from your original computer to the
new one. It is implied that you do this on a user account that you haven't
made any configuration changes to yet (why else would you want to transfer
the settings then if you can do it manually as well?). This means that all
identical named files are overwritten in the process.

You could check your Recycle Bin to see if WET put the overwritten files
there but I doubt it.
