Windows E shortcut

on my Laptop the Windows-E keystroke brings up a quick search. How can I
get it to load Windows Explorer?

I think I've answered this before - go to Help and Support, type in
Keyboard Shortcuts and the third (I think) answer down in tasks will
tell you how to do it.
