windows doesn't recognise teac cd writer?

I have Teac cd writer CD-W552EK.Windows doesn't recognise it.I have Windows
Xp home Ed.When I for the first time installed cd-rw it was working in
windows media player and windows recognised it. But windows was always
restart and I installed software for the 2nd time.I think it's driver but I
don't now the name of driver.
Does have anyone idea?
