Windows Doesnt Detect My Hardware

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

this is what it is saying about my front usb port my
sound drivers and my cd drive and re writer can u tell me
what i can do because it is a hard task to get around as
i have cd's with work on it
