Windows Disappear

I've been having trouble lately with Program Windows just Disappearing. It
still appears in the taskbar "as if" it's minimized but when you select it
in the taskbar it does not pop up. It happens with different programs that
still show up in the task manager as well.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Are you using two monitors? If so, turn them both on.

Hmm... Nope. I am using two monitors but I'm actually not the one with the
problem.
