Windows Directory Created in Home Folder - Term2003

Has anyone experienced a strange issue where a Windows directory is automatically created in any user's home folder? This is on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.

In the folder is an empty folder called system, and a win.ini file. In the win.ini file is:
; for 16-bit app support
[fonts]
[extensions]
[mci extensions]
[files]
[Mail]
MAPI=1
CMC=1
CMCDLLNAME=mapi.dll
CMCDLLNAME32=mapi32.dll
MAPIX=1
MAPIXVER=1.0.0.1
OLEMessaging=1
[MCI Extensions.BAK]
aif=MPEGVideo
aifc=MPEGVideo
aiff=MPEGVideo
asf=MPEGVideo
asx=MPEGVideo
au=MPEGVideo
m1v=MPEGVideo
m3u=MPEGVideo
mp2=MPEGVideo
mp2v=MPEGVideo
mp3=MPEGVideo
mpa=MPEGVideo
mpe=MPEGVideo
mpeg=MPEGVideo
mpg=MPEGVideo
mpv2=MPEGVideo
snd=MPEGVideo
wax=MPEGVideo
wm=MPEGVideo
wma=MPEGVideo
wmv=MPEGVideo
wmx=MPEGVideo
wpl=MPEGVideo
wvx=MPEGVideo

It looks like a My eBooks directory is also created there! But I think that directory is created by Adobe Acrobat; not positive though. Thanks.

Ahh, thanks. But any idea why it is appearing in every user's home directory?

Because each user needs one, and the home directory is the default
location. The windows folder is used to store user specific
settings and inifiles, which on a standard workstation would be
placed in C:\windows

The home directory is where it is created, you can make the home directory
and profile the same.

But if you do, make sure you have a very fast connection between your
Terminal Server and the file server which stores the home directory,
as well as *lots* of disk space on your TS. Since the profile is
loaded as part of the logon process, this can have a serious impact
on logon times.
