win.ini file looks funny

here are the contents of my win.ini file. . . .I am most concerned with what
is on the very last line (Device2=;ÏÌÈËÌÌÈȼÇνÆÏÏÎ͹). . .is this normal?

Sorry, I don't find that funny at all, but to each his own! You must be

Hi,

Looks like a unicode interpretation of the actual binary code. In short, it
doesn't "mean" anything, it's just a representation of something that is
using 16 bit compatibility.
