I deleted temp files and cookies etc. (XP)
not I get an error message the windows defender can't start up.
how do I get past this? I tried user ID and pastword but get error that Id
or password in error. tried ownebut still got error. How do I check on my ID
and password or get new ones?
 
Is it possible that you still have the old (beta) version of WD? If so,
download and install the latest version. Note that the latest version
does no longer support Windows 2000.
