Windows Defender bug?

I haven't seen this one yet but I could have missed it.

When I start my computer and click on the WD icon in the system tray WD
opens up displaying a screen that says the computer hasn't been scanned in 3
days (this occasion) and displays a button that says SCAN NOW. If I select
that button an error message pops up with error 0x800040003. Selecting OK
closes the message and the normal WD screen is displayed. If I then select
scan from the menu bar WD starts scanning and completes normally.

Thanks--this one is known, but the fix for it isn't yet available.
