Windows Defender blocks AdWare from running on start up

Ever time I turn my computer on, windows defender blocks adware from running.
How do I tell windows Defender to allow AdWare to run?

Generally it is unwise to run, on startup, more than one AV / Trojan
scanning app as they can conflict

I'd better qualify; An Av scanning app is usually OK with Defender also.
The problem arrises if you try two AV apps, or two Trojan apps that are
configured to run on start up

The entire reason for Defender's very existence is to protect your
computer from the ravages of adware and spyware. Why do you want adware
running on your system?

Is there any particular reason you want adware to run on your computer?
