Windows Defender Beta-Make it Stop!

I downloaded the new beta version of Windows Defender and it is set to
automatically go and get updates. Last night it downloaded an update and I
installed it, then within seconds, it told me I have a new update to
install, and I did. To make a long story short, I have now downloaded
KB915597 about 20 times. I removed and reinstalled the program and it still
wants to download continuously plus other quirks. Why does it do this? I
have completely removed this program until this bug gets corrected.
