Windows Defender and mainframe emulator

When Windows Defender starts scanning mainframe emulator
c:\WINDOWS\Installer\{4C16C969-79E4-43BB-A1DC-2F6C826795BD}\AccessoryManager32_bit.exe,
the clock stops and the counter stops but the scan bar still indicates
scanning. Does anyone have an idea? Everything, including Accessory Manager
seems to work normally.

How large is this executable? Have you tried leaving it for some hours to
see whether it does, eventually, progress?

Consider turning off the setting in options to scan inside archive files.
