Windows Crashing / Freezing up

H

Helen Edwards

I have been having numerous problems today with my computer crahsing.

I have looked in the event viewer and the following message keeps
reappearing at the time of the crash.

Is this anything to do with my computer crashing?

SymProxySvc is part of Norton's Personal Firewall software, nothing to
do with XP .. you might have more luck looking on the Symantec website.
Or groups.google.com for 'SymProxySvc'.
