Windows Crash - Network issue

Hi, we have a PC which has two hard drives in it C: which is designed
local drive and contains the Windows Installation system folder; and Drive F
which is the network shared drive which is accessed by two other computers./

The Windows installation got corrupted, and we have to do a clean reinstall.
Having done that, although io can see the F drive, and it has the correct
drive name, I cannot access any of the file from the Drive C with the new
Windows installation.

Can some kind person advise me what I have done wrong, or forgotten to do?
